VIBS 310’s individual writing component consists of an abstract, a lit review outline, a lit review, an assignment where an abstract is translated for the public, and a writing for the public assignment. All assignments receive formative feedback via peer review, and the instructor and graduate assistants provide general feedback on papers via audio podcast. Writing instruction is provided during in-class lectures, online video lectures, short video tutorials, and asynchronous Canvas discussion.
