EHRD 371’s writing component consists of 10 reflective journal entries, discussion participation, a lead-up assignment for the learning experience research paper (NOTE: this is not a draft), and the learning experience research paper. Students receive formative feedback on all the components of the lead-up assignment that pertain to the research paper, and also receive formative feedback on their writing through minor assignments such as discussion posts. Writing instruction includes discussion of assignments during lecture and presentations from the UWC and library.
