Favorite writing strategy: Swales moves is fantastic for situating your ideas and writing in response to others in your field; and if you're stuck, Invisible Drafting (where you write for ten minutes nonstop with your font color set to white) is a great way to draft without getting bogged down in editing tiny mistakes.
