Reception

At the front desk, clients can ask a quick question or schedule an appointment for a consultation.
The receptionist desk of the writing center features information about ground rules, brochures, and a tiny stuffed Reveille. The reception desk is semi-circular with a rolling chair behind it.

Consultation Rooms

We have 5 dedicated consultation rooms for conducting sessions.

Consultant Space (The Bat Cave)

Here, consultants write notes after sessions, conduct online sessions, and work on projects.
Three consultants sit at a long center table in the UWC's Batcave, which features two banks of computers on either side of the room, a refrigerator, and a coffee bar.

Presentation Room

Students can practice presentations in this room, which also accommodates group consultations.
A door to the UWC's presentation remains open and features a long center table with four chairs and a big screen for presentations.

Living Room

Staff and guests can study, talk, or just relax in this space. It can also be used for consultations.
The UWC living room features several seating options, including three armchairs and a wide couch. There's also a center table that raises to become a mobile desk.
