Halloween booth
Happy Halloween.
This fall, the UWC provided supplies and writing consultants to help students make one-of-a-kind Halloween cards. The service was offered for two days in both the Evans Library and the West Campus Library.
“For the past few years, we’ve offered a similar service to students around Valentine’s Day. This year we decided to do the same thing for Halloween. These events are a good way to remind students that the writing center is here to help them, no matter what kind of writing needs they have,” says UWC Executive Director Valerie Balester. “After all, we want students to know that getting help for your writing doesn’t have to be scary.”
