Hurricane Rita schedule changes
The University Writing Center will be closed all day Friday, Sept. 23, and Sunday, Sept. 25 (6 p.m.–10 p.m.), because of Hurricane Rita. If the University reopens Monday as planned, the UWC will resume consultations and follow normal operating hours (9 a.m.–10 p.m.). After the UWC closes Thursday evening, we will not be available for online consultations or Online Writing Lab submissions until we reopen Monday. At this time, the UWC is not scheduling appointments; check back Monday morning.
