Words of Wisdom

A great outcry has been made lately, on every side, about the inability of the students admitted to Harvard College to write English clearly and correctly. — "The English Question," Atlantic Monthly, May 1893

— James Jay Greenough

This presentation explains some important aspects of writing scientific papers. It focuses on standard audience expectations for the style, organization (IMRaD), and goals of scientific writing.
